Join the community for a street co-naming ceremony on Hughes Ave at Crescent Ave honoring Michele “Mike” Greco, the legendary owner and chef of the famous Mike’s Deli located in the Arthur Avenue Retail Market. For over 60 years, Mike took pride in the deli and the quality and consistency of its products. Upon Mike’s passing in 2019, the neighborhood mourned the loss of a true patriarch and staple in our community. The co-named street will be a place his family, friends, and colleagues could visit and reflect on the remarkable life he lived and the achievements he made.
