This year Small Business Saturday takes place on November 26th. It’s a day to celebrate the local businesses that help make a neighborhood great. Falling directly between Black Friday and Cyber Monday, traditionally two of the busiest shopping days of the year, the day encourages people to shop at small businesses on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Make sure to #ShopSmall in Bronx Little Italy and support the local businesses that have been for nearly 100 years or more! It’s also a great time to spend the day on Arthur Avenue, recently named a “Great Street of America” by the American Planning Association.
